DTCF believes that Health & Wellness resources are essential for helping teens stay healthy and make healthy choices. Health & Wellness resources that we provide are:
Health Screenings:

We provide health screenings to all teens in the program, including physical exams, blood pressure checks, and vision and hearing tests. These screenings help us identify any health problems that the teens may have and provide them with the resources they need to stay healthy. Health screenings are conducted by a team of qualified medical professionals.
Nutrition Education:

We provide nutrition education to teens and their parents provided by a registered dietitian. This education covers topics such as healthy eating habits, food preparation, and meal planning. We believe that this education will help the teens make healthier choices about the food they eat.
Physical Activity Programs:

We offer physical activity programs to teens by certified personal trainers. These programs include team sports, individual sports, and fitness classes. We believe that these programs will help the teens stay active and healthy.
