Our CEO

A proud Atlanta native, Natasha Byrd has always stood out for her unwavering commitment to serving her community. As the eldest of twelve siblings, Natasha stepped into a leadership role early in life, helping raise her younger brothers and sisters with compassion and strength far beyond her years.

After graduating from Cross Keys High School, she pursued Business Management at Georgia State Community College. Her natural ability to lead and uplift others quickly became evident in her 25-year journey as a cheerleading coach—where she didn’t just teach routines, but mentored hundreds of young women who often lacked support, guidance, and resources.

A devoted single mother of three daughters and a loving Godmother to her niece, Natasha has spent more than two decades in the recruiting and human resources field. She’s made it her mission to connect people—especially those from underserved communities—with meaningful employment opportunities, often by partnering with companies that offer second chances.

While working at UPS, Natasha’s passion and dedication led to her promotion to District Community Relations Representative for the UPS Foundation, serving Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. In this role, she worked closely with hundreds of local non-profits, helping to amplify their missions through both volunteer initiatives and financial support.

Throughout her journey, Natasha discovered a powerful calling—one that centered around guiding and nurturing the next generation. Her work with teens, young adults, and community organizations led her to establish the Dream Teens Community Foundation, built on five core pillars: Education, Counseling, Health & Wellness, Life Skills, and Community Exposure.

Now, Natasha Byrd is on a mission to take the lessons life has taught her and create a space where youth can grow with confidence, gain the tools they need to succeed, and become the leaders of tomorrow.
